A terrific red and white tin friction spaceship with astronaut and spinning ball cockpit.

About 6.5 inches long, with a unique tin sphere which spins around to reveal a cockpit with a tin astronaut driver. The space toy is marked Mars Patrol No. 17 on the sides.

The toy is in excellent condition with bright, colorful lithography.

The original box is in good condition with shelf wear, staining, etc..

Made in Japan by Yanoman  for Cragstan, and circa the early 1960's.
