<body-html>
Answers to some FAQ’s we hope improves your shopping experience!

Q: What does “Old Stock Condition” mean?

A: Generally speaking, an old stock toy is one that has not been played with and comes to you in “like new” condition – even though it may have been manufactured many years ago. Often times, an old stock toy includes the cardboard inserts that the factory used to cushion the toy while travelling to the wholesaler and retailer. Even though never played with, old stock toys frequently have fine imperfections from the factory and box storage over time.

Q: What do you mean by shelf wear?

Shelf wear is the wear (scuffed box edges, creasing, etc.) the toy’s box might show from transportation, shelf stocking, etc..

Q: Do all your vintage toys work as they should?

A: Unless otherwise specified, all our toys are in proper working order and tested prior to shipping.

Q: My package arrived well packed, but a reused box was used. What’s with that?

A: We want to do our part in saving the planet, so we use sturdy boxes that have been rescued from being sent to a landfill by local businesses. We also use packing peanuts we purchase locally from a recycler. Our customers appreciate the fact that we take such good care in packing. Believe us, it is a lost art.

Q: Some of your items are rare, and I would like to get additional information and pictures prior to buying. Can you help me?

A: We sure can! We welcome questions on any items, and are happy to send additional photographs to you. We realize purchasing a rare vintage toy can be nerve wracking, and we want you to have all the information you need to make your decision.

Q: Are you interested in buying toys too?

A: Yes, we actively seek quality merchandise and would love to hear from you. Feel free to call, fax, or if you are able to – send a description and photos via email as this speeds things up.

Q: How long does it take you to ship an item?

A: We know you want to get your purchase as soon as possible, so we usually ship within 24 hours. You will always be notified via email when the item ships.

Q: What if I have a problem with my order and I am not satisfied?

A: We want you to be happy, so get in touch with us immediately and we will make things right.
