This Wind Up Crazy Clown Car was made in Japan in the 1960’s by Yone, Japan. New old stock and works great - When you wind up the head, the car alternates between traveling forward and backwards, the head turns counter clockwise, and the arms move the steering wheel  up and down. About 4.25 inches long by 5 inches tall.

The original box is excellent and retains the packing material. Note the misspelled “Head Wind Mechanism" on the side of the box - lost in translation.
