This is a quarter inch square alloy from a Soyuz spacecraft. Certified by Cosmonaut Alexander Serebrov, hero of the USSR and Presidient of the All-Union Youth Aerospace Society “Soyuz” (October 11, 1991). The laminated card measures 4 inches by 2 3/4 inches - in excellent condition with a minor scuff on the plain white back of the card.
