Leave it to Nomura to design a toy with this action. Made of cloth covered tin - it walks forward and periodically runs/scampers forward at a quick pace before walking again. In excellent condition with a face you can't help but fall in love with. The box is excellent with a name written on the generic bottom. About 4 inches long and circa the 1940's - 1950's.
